The TCPS Inspection is designed to inspection merchandise at four distinct stages. The frequency and type of inspection depend on the size of the order being produced.

Stage 1: Pre-Production (PP checking)
Stage 2: Initial Inspection
Stage 3: During Production Inspection (DUPRO)
Stage 4: Final Random Inspection (FRI)

Standard Inspection Package

The standard to validate the production is correct. Any discrepancy between SIP and production must be approved before shipment.

2. MPS Computerized SIP Summary
3. Red Seal Sample with Comments
4. Fabric Swatch (Approved for Color, Quality, Handfeel)
5. Shade Band (if applicable)
6. Trim/Accessories Card
7. Vendor Timing & Action (VTA)
8. Fabric Test Report
9. PP Sample Test Report (if done)
10. Factory self-inspection report
